We believe in existing and growing without compromising the lives of our future generations. To put this thought into action, we have reduced the amount of waste generated in our workshop. Reduce, reuse and recycle are strongly practiced ideologies in our company. With the help of our partners, we successfully recycle most of our waste every year.
Balaji Export Corporation takes pride in its ethical and professional work culture. It follows all legal stipulations as mandated by the Government of India including social compliances. The workers are provided with medical insurance, pension, and free transportation facilities. The company also maintains a high benchmark for health and safety standards. There is an in house food canteen for all the workers along with proper sanitation facilities and clean drinking water. Child labour is strictly prohibited in our workshop.
